What should I write down when that very basic question "Why do you want to join our company, how and why can you fit into this position?" is asked. Its very basic to answer but I would like to hear out other peoples opinions. Cheers

Hi Ziggy.

Dependent on airline, I would answer my question differently.

You cannot compare Easyjet with BA for instance.

Keep it simple : I want to join your company because I really do believe that it really is the best airline in the World.

I can fit in to your operation because : I am an enthusiastic and dedicated person, willing to learn and do my best at all times.

Tell them what you as an employer would want to hear.

And research...research, and then research, find out the size of the airline fleet, where they travel to in the world, passenger numbers, date of start of company, directors and structure, and if possible what the future holds.

You never know you may be asked : What do you know about us as a company ? -
