Mobile Phones

I am looking for a mobile phone to buy for my mum's bday and wondering if people could suggest anything.

 

It has to be under �100 and basically the only criteria is that it must be a flip phone (and pay as you go). It also should be easy to use! Please suggest.

 

Also if someone could shed light on the Motorola V220 and Samsung X460 that I've been looking in to. If anyone has this phone could they please tell me wot its like - easy to use or what.
