does the law say that finger and eye scanning in airport u.s ect . allowed to show persons criminal record or is that confidental unless otherwise of course terrorism ect..

I was stopped in the USA by customs after my eye imaging was taken.
This was due to an unpaid fine of �125 from 2006.
I was held for 13hrs in a holding cell 8ft x 8ft in State Pen and bailed by a bail bondsman, I then paid the fine and my bail bondsman fee to the court in Boston, and was allowed to travel onwards to Canada.
God Bless America ! - $525.00 What a start to my day !!!.
