For the past couple of weeks I have had a constant ache in my chest. The ache is right across my chest not localized to one side. I sometimes feel that I cannot get enough oxygen when I breah but apart from that no other symptoms. No coughing bllod or phlegm.

Is there any tightening of the chest, like a feeling of being constricted?
There is not enough information to arrive at a reasonable diagnosis, but enough information to suggest that medical advice should be taken. Two week history of persistent chest pain is unlikely to be cardiac in origin and muscular pain comes ro mind. Excess strain e.g gardening, lifting furniture, unaccustomed exercise etc. Your GP should be consulted whon will question you further and take the appropriate action.

Thanks for the advice. A bit more info on my current health. I have high blood pressure and cholesterol. There is no constriction of the chest but I do get out of breath easily
What I don't understand Alvin, is why haven't you been to see your doctor yet? It might be nothing, but it's important to get checked out.
