I have a digital (stills) camera which records bits of video. I then transfer the video to my PC and play it on windows media player. The pictures are fine but i get no sound. the error message i get is:
Codec is missing
Windows Media Player cannot play the file (or cannot play either the audio or video portion of the file) because the -0010-8000-00AA00389B71} codec is not installed on your computer

Can anyone tell me what to do about this.

Thanks

Francis
