Yes the samurai killer who was jailed for life 7 yearsa go and sent to brooadmoor is now out and living in Brighton and shopping at the local tescos .He is staying in a halfway house and drinking in local pubs .He killed andrew pennington after attacking his local mp.
He was angry at his mp because hed lost his job and was getting divorced.


Now after 7 years hes walking the streest.
With any luck the basssatrd will get stabbed .
To think he ran samurai sword thru a guy six times and killed him.
