Is there a name for tracks that are actually spoken word. Songs that are not sung. And I do not mean rap.

It depends on the track but a lot are referred to as 'spoken word'. So, er ....! 'If' by Telly Savalas springs to mind. Guiness Book Of Hit Singles refers to it as 'spoken word'.
