Why does the male species of human shiver when they finish urinating? What is it called (the proper medical term) ? Are we the only species to develop this or do any other primate/mammal on earth replicate this behaviour?

I'm a bloke and I must be odd as I don't....If your standing behind them you wouldn't see this, we shake it you see therefore you may mistake that as a shiver    ;-)
Me neither.

Er, I think you're on your own there mate - it happens every now and again and even then I think it's a temperature based reaction!!

Is it disappointnent?

i don't either

No such thing has ever happened to anybody at any time anywhere in the world throughout history.  You are obviously completely insane, and should be covered in treacle and fluffy spiky things. [joke]

Bernado, I'm so glad you put [joke] at the end of that post - who know's what could have happened??
I thing that a logical explanation would be that, when urinating you expel a jet of warm fluid which passes through an exposed tube (penis). When you finish the penis suddenly cools - hence the shiver.
"**** shiver". It's pretty well documented. It's not the 'heat loss due to expulsion" which is why women don't get it. Probably mix up with autonomic nervous system (overstimulation), occurs AFTER the pee. Some suggest cross over with orgasm function.
