Many fish shops in my area don't fry Rock Salmon and that is my favourite fish.
Will you be cooking Rock?

this is the third one we have looked at seriously seems a lot of chippy's put cash under the counter so the books are never that good even though they are doing well. but this one is owned by an older lady who's doing things honestly so fingers crossed.

My advice is to attend a one day bussiness seminar that your local authority should have. They are normally free or �20 at the most. C.A.B or Library should have details of buiness centre. They cover all aspects from VAT to Advertising. My local one will give you a one to one hour with a buisness advisor for �25
I woud guess my first question to the owner would be, do you sell the saveloy sausage? if he says no you've got a chance to corner the market!

I would check the location/area out .. Most of the fish seem to get battered in chip shops . Not a good Plaice for em !!
