I dont see a problem with people wearing religious symbols. It happens in adult life so why shouldn't it happen in schools.
Talking about religious beliefs in schools, which is prompted by religious symbols, can only be a positive thing, leading to communication and better understanding of different religions/people
I absolutely think it is right!!!
She is allowed to wear it!
It is a religious buildings, like the crucifix, and any other religious symbol or outfit of item that people wear to represent their belief.
School take the mick with children - their beliefs are just as strong as an adults, who i'm sure would never be asked to remove a religious item!
So it's like respect for their rules, systems, beliefs and culture so why not respect for our rules, systems beliefs in this here what use to be English culture.. I think the only point to be made is that this county is multicultural and as much as the englsih would like to hold on to their traditions, customs and cultures it's impossible.
