Hot stone massage

Has anyone had a hot stone massage? My colleague is fully trained and was wondering whether to book one up

I have had one from a local hollistic doctor, and it is fabulous. he uses cold stones in conjunction, and it is part of an overall masaage treatment.

It does feel fabulous if done correctly, make sure your collague really does know what he / she is doing though.

I had one on holiday recently in Egypt. Having spent a day in the heat at the Pyramids and then a day in bed recovering, thought it may help before tackling a day in Luxor (already booked). It certainly did, I think they advertised it as a Bedoin Treatment but it is obviously the same thing. Go for it!

Had one of these on my hen weekend at Bath Spa. Yes, it was amazing. A man did mine, I was sort of dreading it but it was sooooo relaxing, I would love another any day.
