Chris - you ain't a proper barrister if you ain't turned up ****** to a hearing!!! Seriously though, I actually don't have to lift my backside off my sofa in the morning. Attending court by telephone for cmcs from the comfort of my sofa in my dressing gown, for which I am already properly prepared!!!!

I am more concerned about the fact that I posted an innocuous Q&A thread expecting about 10 answer and instead I am going to have to ditch at least 85 emails tomorrow morning!!!!!!

nk - yes it IS nice to have the choice. Although frankly I generally choose to work cos it beats doing f all and not getting paid whereas I can do next to f all from the comfort of my living room and still get paid. Good luck to those that have that choice I say (although in fairness, I normally do pop down to Tescos about 3pm just so that I have something other than feline contact).
