Hi

About 6 months ago I bought a Motorola V3 Razr Phone on 02 with 20 credit and never got round to using it. Now I find they have cut me off. I am furious!!! Is there any way my number can be reinstated? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Thanx

have u asked them if they can reinstate it? what did they say?

its a condition with all payg phones that they are used and topped up every so often.
This is from O2's Terms and Conditions for PAYG:

Our Rights to Bar or Disconnect Your Mobile Phone
7.1 If you do not make or receive a chargeable call at least once in any 6 month period your Mobile Phone will be disconnected and you will lose any remaining credits balance on your Account. If you wish to be re-connected after this time you will be given a new Mobile Phone number.
Virgin don't cut you off and take your credit if you don't use the phone. I know this doesn't help you at the moment. But if you use Virgin in future you'll save money AND they don't charge you for listening to your own voice mail messages.
