turbo's are quite expensive & replacing them can be quite a big job & therefore labour will be expensive depends on the car,if you have had it looked at by fiat & they are sure that it's faulty get a print out (quote) of parts & labour so you can see what you are paying for.don't forget that some of this may be the time spent diagnosing the fault aswell.
main dealer prices unfortunately, cats and turbos are available from alternative suppliers considerably cheaper, there are companys who specialize in turbos and supply on an exchange basis. Worth giving a reputable non franchise garage a call
fiat ullyse is the same as an older citroen relay and an older peugeot expert is it not? some of the engines in the fiat ulysse range are citroen or peugeot, im sure i worked on one of these that had a 1.9 citroen diesel engine
