Joke??

I heard this joke a wjile ago and i never got it so it's been annoying me.

Wife:How many kids do you want?

Husband: Three, One of Each!

I really dont get how there's 'one of each' if there is only tho sexes. There must be some hidden joke that isn't very obvious.

The joke is that there aren't three sexes.  One form of humour is when an abstract or unexpected response is given to a simple question.

In A Pickle and IndieSinger, I am not suggesting that homosexuals are not male or female. There is an opinion that homosexuals are "confused" about their sexuality and as such are not "wholly" male or female. I suggest therefore that the third gender mentioned in the joke relates to those perceived to be a mixture of male and female.

lets not over analyse this one, kempie has said it all, the joke is that its a silly response to the question, no it isn't a very funny joke....

It just reminds me a story which our Chief Accountant told at a company presentation when asked to explain the difference between a cost accountant, a ledger accountant, a financial accountant etc - There are only 3 types of accountant at this company - those who can count and those who can't
