V festival tickets

Is anyone else waiting for tickets still for the V festival from a company called Xclusive Tickets ?

They sent an e-mail stating they would be with me by 7th August 2008 and now seem to have stopped answering any e-mails - is anyone in the same boat or received their tickets yet?

Yes I am still waiting!! I too have been trying to get hold of them - have you had any luck? Do you have a phone number for them???

i hope you can at least get refunds if you paid by credit card

Yes thankfully I have just contacted my credit card company who will refund. Still means I will miss the concert :-(

I've now contacted the police and trading standards as still have no response to e-mail/calls and the website disappeared this morning. I reported as theft and am taking it up with visa for a refund - thank goodness I used a credit card. Lesson learnt.

I had ordered 4 tickets from them and 2 tickets from seetickets.com which have arrived. As it was 3 couples set to go I now have 2 tickets going spare if anyone wants them?

They are geniune and have ticket numbers/receipts/correspondence. I can special delivery for tomorrow to reach you Friday or you can collect/we can meet up if near wiltshire? Really disappointed but hope someone can still enjoy the festival. Contact on [email protected] tonight if poss to arrange for tomorrow.
