Orange Livebox Wifi

Yesterday, after about 2 hours of setting it up, I finally got wifi in the house, but then... about 10pm last night, the little blue update light came on and I couldnt find the livebox. Apparently the blue light is for when it updates it firmware... but the lights STILL on and I still cant connect through it, surely after nearly 20 hours it should be done?

i tried, rang the 60p a minute helpline, couldnt understand them, sounded like they wernt british if you get me but the main reason was... the person who set up the account isnt here for 4 weeks and apparently they can only speak to him
