Are diplomas earned from the www.elearnuk.com recognized to get jobs? If yes, then what countries are they recognized in?

The issuing authority for the courses is an associate company of elearnuk, and that would set alarm bells ringing for me. I would think such 'qualifications' are worth diddly-squat against NVQs and those accredited by national awarding bodies.

You'd be far better off going with somewhere like the Open University, Open College of the Arts or even just your local community college.
