You shouldn't be pregnant even if you have completely missed some pills:

What do I do if I miss a pill?
You should try and take your pill at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. This is particularly important if you are relying on this medicine for contraception. If you forget to take a pill, you should take it as soon as you remember (even if that means taking two pills in one day) and then continue to take your pills, one every day, as normal.

With Dianette, if you have missed ONE or TWO pills anywhere in the packet, you will still be protected against pregnancy and you don't need to use extra contraception. Take the last pill you missed as soon as you remember, then continue taking your pills as normal.

Saying that, the pill isn't 100% effective anyway so mayb e you should do a test, just in case.
As Cheeky says, the time you take Dianette shouldn't alter its effectiveness because it's a combined pill. But, as said, no pill is 100% effective. Unless you're period's late, don't panic, you'll probably be fine. If you period is late, take the test. Hope it works out okay x
