Its nature -sad thing was because of their culture they left it a tad too late for medical intervention thus rendering it an an impossible situation.She however was a beautiful wee gilrl and was given the utmost love albeit NOT the ultoimate medical help (:

Bless her and her and her family and IMN it wasnt a freak show as has been previously intimtated -this is life and if you dont like it -look away -simple !!!
