can anyone recomend any good washing up powder to get out poop stains from my clothes. I tend to mess myself quite a lot and can never get that gleaming white look on my underpants (I normally wear nappies as I poop myself so much but sometimes I have visitors).

I am sorry. I know its horrible that I poop myself a lot but I have had ny bowls mostly removed and I use a colostomy bag. Sometimes it gets too full and bursts splatting my own excrement all over the room. It really smells and bieng coated by your own faeces is demoralising

Try using Vanish, hopefully it will make not only your stains disappear but also you

well I wish I would vanish I am so depressed. I only spotted 3 maggots come out of my bottom today. Things are looking up.
