no 'arm?

on my arm i have moles (brown spot like things). but they get slightly bigger after a while, i was advised by sombody (not a doctor) that they can expand and cuse cancer, if so what should i do? does it really cause harm? Wide-eye

Get down the Docs to be sure...
any mole that changes shape, size or colour needs to be checked out.
I've had several moles removed because they started to change shape. If you get them done in time, it's a very simple procedure. If, on the other hand, you put off going to the doctor .....
yes, most moles just stay as they are for decades, at least mine have, but if they change at all take them to the doctor at once, they can indeed be cancerous. As Tups said, if removed early there's no problem at all.
