Degree programmes

Does anyone know if there is anyway of doing a one year degree programme or other course at univeristy/college that allows you to have a graduation ceromony afterwards?

not entirely sure but im doing a HND that can get graduation ceremonies but my course is 2 years

To my knowledge you cannot get a degree in 1 year. Having said that, I know someone who got her degree in Healing in 2 hours!!! I don't know whether there was a graduation, but if so, the graduation would have lasted longer than the course did! Some universities might do year long courses- Foundation degree year 1, but that really only qualifies you to then do years 2 and 3.

you could do a master's course.  most of them are for people with a first degree, but there are some which you can take without previous uni experience.  Don't know any offhand tho...
