hot sensation

hi ...can anybody help me with advise on a hot sensation on my left side .... i have had the feeling around the left side of my pelvis..its like its burning from inside ...at first i thought i was leaning against something hot ....although its not painful it feels very strange...and its getting more frequent ....i havnt been to the docs yet cos 2 be honest i dont like going ....so hopefully somebody can shed some light on what it could be .....

could be a water infection.... appendicitis.... indigestion.... you should really see a doc

Agree with previous answer - always worth seeing your GP - but do you mean on the outside of your body i.e. on that "knobbly" bit of bone at the widest point of your hips - and is it painful to touch, or to lye on at night? (in which case it could be trochanteric bursitis)
