Hmmm, anyone know of a decent website or mobile phone that is suitable for a disabled child of 10?
He is in an electric wheelchair, so also if you know of any device that can be hooked up to use a normal mobile phone.

Someone in a wheelchair can use normal mobile phone just like anyone else. If he has problems using his fingers, then there are mobile phones with large buttons, you can have voice dialing, hands-free... there are lots of possibilities but it's impossible to advise if you don't tell us what his disability is.
What about something like this:

Hi, he can call people - you just preset 4 numbers then he just has to press one button. He can just ignore the emergency stuff.
Aletrnatively, what about a hands free kit like you get in the car and blue tooth or something?
Someone I know has a voice activated system in their car that they just have to say the name and it dials for them.
