The happy couple have a debenhams wedding list which is all delivered to them, but i've bought a gift from somewhere else. I'm going round to the bride's on the morning of the wedding to help with hair etc, then going home to change before going to the church, so do i take the present and card round in the morning?

Ideally you could find out whether there is a table at the reception where presents will be displayed.  I myself would prefer to take the present to the house in the morning, especially if the bride is getting married from her parents' house.  That way, you have your hands free later, and the present will be left with the parents while they are on honeymoon.
