Why not knock up a fake certificate on MS Word and tell her that she now owns a donkey in Romania and that she has to send �10 every month for it to remain alive and not end up as a main course in a French restaurant.

Tell her that as the original agreement is in your name, she will need to give you the �10 every month to forward on.
