Tessa Jowell (born 17 September 1947 in London) is a British politician. She is the Labour MP for Dulwich and West Norwood, and is currently Paymaster General.
She is also Minister for the Olympics, a role she initially combined with being Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport following the selection of London to host the 2012 Olympic Games. She was demoted in June 2007 when Tony Blair resigned as Prime Minister to be succeeded by Gordon Brown. This resulted in her losing her department, much of her ministerial brief, and her right to automatically sit in the Cabinet.

After the last farcical scrounger story on here & in the papers - the council have got to be having a laugh just to wind people up - I hope it is only temporary!
Even though I don't always agree with Gromit, he/she does have a valid point there! (Although I do like the Queen, her late Mother & one or two others).

Right so what's actually happened is that whilst repairs are being done to her place they shoved her in an old listed building that was standing idle.
You'll notice there's no rant on how much the council are paying for this so it's obviously very low or nothing at all.
God you lot are easy to wind up - the Mail journalists would be wetting themselves to listen to you all.

logic it is actually a good thing that the council have put that person in the house.while she is living there, less chance of a break in and it saves the council paying for rented accomodation for her and her young son. the property was only being used for storage
The property, designed by architect James Pennethorne, was home to the park's gardeners, but more recently has been used for storage despite extensive renovation work.
