my sister-in-law hired a bouncy castle and a bouncy fun run she plated up the food and gave carton drinks it was great the kids amused themselves i dont think they want all the games any more - they all sang happy birthday and she made up gift boxes (which i think she purchased from the party store they were the size of small cake boxes) and she put a picture of my niece on the top printed off the computer saying thank you for coming to my party - great idea.
