If you want to reduce the number of topics, why not condense them into sub-topics in the other categories. The weather one is hardly used, and could be moved into the Travel topic, as most people usually ask about the weather abroad anyway.
how about adding the Adverts topic to the Media one. also the How It Works could be combined with Technical. you would then have room to add another topic of the peoples choice. Best answer for a new topic gets a green smiley face next to their name for a week. :-) Kate.

The AB poll section seems to be a bit of a flop too.....apart from 7 answers in the first day....only 3 since.
Does anybody want it???
