I have a skin tag (flappy bit of skin) on my arm pit, it's not the most attractive thing so I wouldn't mind getting rid of it. Has anyone chopped them off before? If so what's the best way? Thanks.

doctors can freeze them off, painless
Your GP will probably be able to remove it for you in the surgery. May need a stitch, but worth it if it's bothering you.
Tie a bit of cotton fairly tightly around the base. In a few days it will dry up (lack of blood supply) and drop off.

If you cut it off it'll bleed like *******.
I have a small fleshy mole under my armpit (same place as my mum's! lol), and I've always been weary of having it removed, for some reason....I always thought it could lead to skin cancer...Is it true? I would love to get rid of it as it's annoying for shaving! Anyone knows?
my friends little girl was born with one on the side of her face. it was removed quick and pain free. just see your GP. i wouldnt recommend doing it yourself!
roots of these growths are deeper the older you are. Should all be removed by professionals only.
I have removed several the way Snagged has explained. Painless and easy, just need someone to help if in awkward place
