Can any one help with this
Whats the charge for this and the out come of my visa to oz.
Domestic violence with no marks but have previous criminal record for common assault with the same person years ago over 7 years.
Ive pleaded not guilty on the 1st vist but been very difficult with my bail conditions and running my own business from my home and the fact ive got a Migration visa going to australia (was with my family) but still intend to go.(175 Skilled visa) Plumber - Gas Fitter.

isn't the charge "common assault"?
i dont really understand what anyone can do to help - you'll have to await the outcome, and then see whether australia will still accept you. Did you do it?
