Question Time

Myself and the present Mrs Hughes are going to be in the audience on 'Question Time' tonight - not sure if we will be called on to ask our questions, I'll let you know tomorrow.

For those who don;t know - I am the Paul McKenna / Loyd Grossman lookilikie - keep your eyes open!

Doesn't sound like I missed much then, I wanted to watch but got to 10.30 and only had five more minutes to stay awake but my head hit the pillow and I fell asleep and woke up thinking I hadn't missed it but it was 11.50 lol

Morning all.

For those interested - I asked Geoff Hoon about the concept of a 'postcode lottery' for prescriptions - he said in his blurb that he "... accepted it ...".

I said that I as a voter did not accept it, and how did he as a Minister accept it?

As you would expect, her blurbed on, gave an answer he had given to an earlier point, and his response bore no relation to my point at all!

My wife made the point early on that local industry had been decimated, and when GH said the government were pouring money in, she came back at him and confirmed that it was already too late - and go applause for her point!

Again, for those who don't know - I resemble Paul McKenna the hypnotist, without the seriously expensive suits, the famous friends, or the money!
