it's not too bad here, I've just been standing outside having a smoke with just a short sleeve shirt and is was quite comfortable.

Yes when I used to ride a motor bike many years ago, tights were the in thing to wear under your leather trousers,

got some funny looks from the other miners in the pithead baths though.

No they havent got a flap to cover the back side,
in fact I don't wear them any more, it was mainly when we spent Christmas at skagnes, that i wore them when walking along the sea front.
