Problems with Answerbank

It is driving me mad - I cannot navigate back after page 10 and I KNOW what I want to look up is going to be on page 18 or earlier.
I've tried altering the page target in the address line and that worked for page 12, but I get the timeout message for any page earlier than that. Any suggestions before the lappy gets chucked at the dog?

I don't think it's been possible to search beyond page 10 for some considerable time now. :O(

I've found that sometimes, if you get as far as page 9, then click on 11 to get page 11 and then you can click on previous you can get page 10.

I can go from page 10 to page 11 but only with a great deal of patience. Ignore the fact that it shows no sign of life and wait. Eventually you get either page 11, or 'time out, expired'. If you get the latter, then repeat. It usually works. What I hate is that the search facility never seems to work for me.

Hi Christiana ... unfortunately patience is not a virtue I'm blessed with, so when getting the time out expired page, I tend to tell the site what I think of it and give up!! :O)

I cant search at all and i'm forever having problems with this site when I asked what I could do they very helpfully said their search was iffy. They told me to log out and search as a non member. Sounds daft but I can actually search now and I dont get timed out nearly as often so that may work for others. My sons so fed up with me moaning he's working on doing me my own forum that works.

I just tried logging out and had a little more success, but I didn't find what I was looking for.and it still timed out a few times.
