Hypnotherapy
3 Answers
I've been suffering a lot recently with anxiety and depression and my GP has suggested giving Hypnotherapy a try along with my counselling.
It's not something i'd ever have considered, and i really don't know where to begin or what to expect.
A quick look on yell.com shows there are quite a few hypnotherapists in my area, but those that have their own website don't go into much detail about the cost of sessions etc.
has anyone else had any experience of hypnotherapy (and not the tacky stage show kind) that could give me any advice on how much it costs, what to expect, etc?
Many Thanks!
