Had a good day at work yesterday, my mood was good too. Today is my birthday and I opened all my cards, had a phone call from my SIL and then went to make breakfast for the JD family, all was well until I came to making my fried egg. I cracked the shell & a tiny bit of the white went into the frying pan while I was pulling away at the shell & what a stink!!!!!! the egg was off! and black inside what a stink It stunk the whole kitchen area - I had to wash/dispose of everything & start again!

I'm not letting it spoil my day though!

Rest of the JD's have gone to see the new James Bond film (can't stand them myself) while I'm doing housework and we're all going for a meal later this evening.

Hiya, Jack - it was my birthday last Saturday, too, but no-one remembered, except my son (bless him!). My best friend forgot and I'm gutted. We've known each other for 25 years and she forgot!!!!
