I read in the London Lite last night that a property developer were seeling mp4 players for �60 and if you bought one you'd be put in a draw (not literally!) to win a house!

if true thered be a minimum total for draw members
if the house is valued at 60, 000 quid then youd need a minimum of a thousand buyers , add to that more to cover the cost of the mp3 players which copuld be anywhere from another thousand quid

so id guess a minimum of maYBE 1150 OR 12000 , AT A GUESS IF THE HOUSE IS VALUED AT 60,000

SO IF ITS VALUED AST 120 ,000 THEN DOUBLE THAT.


IM SURE SOMEONE WILL GET A CALCULATOR ANBD DO THE MATHS EXACTLY , THATS JUST OFFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD

there may be a loophole

the fact you never paid

means that the developer could say it was undersubscribed and noone wins

they make the money
and gosh still do tooo



so its a gamble
but for 30 quid above the value of mp4 player

maybe worth a punt

flats worth �8mil

if not all 200,000 sold by closing date they will extend it for 3 months. if not all sold by then they will change prize to cash prize only.
