There was an advert on tv for Philadelphia Cheese, where one of the women would say it- could it be that ?

I know the advert you mean, but no, it was a situation comedy where there was one rich sister whose husband died and one poor sister who lived in the country. It may have been written by David Sullivan of Fools and Horses fame.
