freeserve connection

I've been on Freeserve Broadband for 9 months without any problems, that is, until about a month ago when it started disconnecting me, i can connect up but never know whether it will let me stay on for 3 or 4 hours or 3 minutes! Also, when it disconnects me, I usually have to shut down completely and start again (if i dont, it tells me there is no dial tone). Could it be something my computer is doing or a problem with the freeserve modem or my wiring? Does anyone have any ideas please?

Perhaps it is available using Windows Update if you're on XP or XP Se!. Go online, click Start, All Programs, Windows Update, follow instructions and let your comp see if it needs any updates available. Hope this works for you :)
