somebody please help.!! whilst on holiday in edinburgh i bought (from a local corner shop) koppaberg apple cider. since returning to norwich i cannot find it in any shop anywhere.!! everyone stocks pear but never heard of apple. does anyone know any retailer that stocks it.? thanks ian.
Asda do both pear and apple, they also do an alcohol-free one too. Although, I live in Scotland, so maybe it's just local to us. Ikea sell it too, as it is a swedish cider, if you have one of those stores near to you.#
Good luck in finding it because it is a lovely cider, both apple or pear.
For some reason the brewing powers that be have decide to call perry pear cider which now causes confusion due to bar staff now having t ask if you want pear or apple cider when you order cider.
I know it's stupid but sales of perry / pear cider have increased. This can only be down to the new marketing strategy.
If you order cider in a bar the barperson assumes its draught if displayed, you have to be specific, if you require a certain bottle of a brand, most certainly displayed in a chilled cabinet!!
thanks to everyone who took the time to reply,. sadly none of my off licences or branches of sainsburys, morrisons, tesco or asda stock it.!!
perhaps thats just how crap norwich is.!!!!!
