For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Log into your PAYPAL account(if that is how you paid) and look for the dispute console,open a dispute for non recieved item. Don't count on getting your money back though because if PAYPAL find in your favour they may not be able to recover money from the seller to refund to you,its happened that way to me twice now.
