Last years X Factor

Most people would like Alexandra to win the X Factor this year, myself included, but if she doesn't, will she still do well in her career?
In last years final I think a lot of people wanted Rhydian to win but Leon Jackson won instead, but Rhydian seems to be doing well and his new album is in the charts.
I'm sure that Leon would have released an album, did he do well with it , and what is he doing work wise?

I think if the contest remains a basis of reward for 'talent', then Alexandra will walk it - but as well know, the public do not always think like that.

I am sure Alexandra will go onwards and upwards because she has the package - the looks, the moves, and of course, the pure vocal talent.

I am amazed how wooden and dumpy Britney (38m albums worldwide) Spears looked beside her - and her 'people' mumbled something about her being unable to perform a dance routine and sing at the same time. OK, that's fair enough - but don;t show youeself up on a stage with a group of amateurs who can, and do just that every week.
Leon's career seems to be rather like Leon - around, but totally colourless and uninteresting.

he has been in the press a bit lately - seems he has been locked away for the past year putting album together etc. He released an album only on 20th November (not heard it) and has a tour in place for 2009. I think the same happened with Leona - although I dont think he is going to make it big like her she too did not do much for the first year.

We know that Leona was working in America and she has done really well there, but I can't image America falling in love with Leon.
Alexandra is world class and she too should do well in the USA and other countries if she wins this year.
Can't imagine Diana, Eoghan or the group to go down as well abroad as Alexandra.
