I don't know the Scandanavian model I just feel that children need to learn the value of no, to many things.
The point I'm roughly trying to make is that the sexual act that 12 year old has had is illegal, to destroy that foetus secretly (I don't think she should go full term either) would destroy the evidence of who did it.
