I am just about to run a new communcations course for sales people at one of my clients and need to know:

Are there any famous sayings to remind people just how important it is to communcate well/often with your customers and your colleagues?

Doubt if it is famous but I always recall :
'Be a part of the community rather than apart from the community'
The theory being, 'know your audience/customers/clients/neighbours...knowing their needs and wants is worth a thousand words'
