My grandma likes to send emails to be in contact with family but she finds it difficult as she has poor vision. How could I help her? Please suggest....

increase the font size for everything either by lowering the whole display resolution or by increasing the DPI size
Both done by right clicking on the desktop and selecting properties. the screen resolution is set on the settings tab, or you can click on the advanced button on the settings tab and increase the DPI for everything which will make things bigger.

There's this software I've heard is really good for seniors. I think it's from http://bigscreenlive.com/. There is a senior living home in our area, I have seen them sending emails every time I drop in. Seems like it's working pretty well for them.
