...has Moira Stuart been reading the news for the BBC? Every morning I wake up and there she is droning on. Even my Grandfather, God rest his soul, used to call her Moaning Moira.

Apparently since 1981, but I don't know if that is just with the BBC or just moaning the news.  She has an OBE you know.
