hi guys im trying to play a downloaded film on my desk top ,message says 'incompatible media player' the films in eng rip.xvid avi form,the computor has windows media player and divx player cheers

For your question, you either don't have the correct codec installed for the film, in which case try installing a codec pack

or if you have downloaded the film there is a chance it's either a corrupt file or was never a real film file to start with, thats the problem with dowloading films, you don't know if what your downloading is the film you want or even a film at all until it's finished downloading!!

The same occurs with me (from Brazil). It's not an issue or trouble. This a new kind of format, or video has locked to only be played with an new (and disgusting blocked) player that address appears on the black window who appears. I really hate this. I spent three hours downloading a movie, and at the end this miserable screen...
