Doom and Gloom in the car market
I am in the market for a new car at the moment but am currently holding off because as a result of the doom and gloom in the car market I was expecting prices of new cars to be a tumbling - but this doesn't appear to be happening.
As, if the news is to be believed, there are disused airfields up and down the country fit to bursting with unsold new cars, why aren't the prices of these cars being slashed just to get the stock moving?
I'm no expert, but surely stock movement and therefore money movement is better than nothing, isn't it?
I strongly suspect I am not alone in waiting to see what happens before taking the plunge.
