Will you help a cancer patient/single mom?

I need HELP!! I am a single mom with cancer. I have a pending disability case but no income in the mean time. I am getting evicted from the one bedroom apartment that my child and I share. The engine in my car blew up the other day and now I don't even have transportation to get to my doctors appointments. I need money for food, rent and a Christmas pressent for my child. If you have a car you dont need that runs, that would be great too. Everything I have told you is the truth and I can verify anything you want to know. I know there are people who play on your sympothy to scam you, but thats not me. Please help if you can. Even $5 is more than I have right now.
